Principle for  Hobbit holes

   A shovel is not enough to dig a good-looking Hobbit hole - it is a more creative, patient task. Although digging is a dirty, monotonous process where playfulness is hardly found. But then you uncover it - you start to build a hobbit hole.
   In the end, the hole might be too small, gloomy for some visitors to feel comfortable inside. It might have unfinished holes in it.  After all building hobbit holes isn't about the correct digging technique - it is about having a learning adventure.

Guests are always welcome to the hobbit home. Please, take a sip of tea and prepare to hear the story.
   I am Simonas Sutkus - a young, sometimes childish but energetic hobbit.
   I grew up around the grassy plains in the county of Lithuania. I was always interested in the sustainable hobbit holes, dragon watchtowers, extravagant elfin cities - so I decided to study architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vilnius.
   During my studies, I learned all sorts of architectural spells. But was bored and wanted to escape my cosy hobbit hole.  I got to hear that the H. Rashid team in Vienna are looking for new crew members for
